My grandfather has five sons. The total is 21 bighas of land. My grandfather died in 2001. In this one of my tauji has more than 1 bigha of land and they have got this land. My father and uncle have this part in 2-2 pieces separately and there is no way to go to 1 piece. If we share an equal share, there is a road on one side of our total land and a canal on the other side, but my tauji is not agreeing, nor is giving the land which they have more nor the way, what should we do?
A.It is easementary right. You have to approach civil Court.

A.Seems duplicate. Please ask your father to file a partition suit.
