Sir
Made a deal with a party of sale of my house on 2 March 2020. Party agreed to pay full amount between 2 to 16 march 2020. Till date party has not responded.
I am helpless being widow senior citizen and staying alone.
Please guide

A.1) When & where is your property?
2) From whom did the Customer come to your contact ? like net, Friend, or Agent
3) If there is some intermediator then ask him/her the update
4) The house is a Flat/ Chawl etc., & has the Customer paid you any Advance for the same? If you have received Any Advance for the same then ONLY chances of the Customer is there to come OR else consider that the customer has now changed his mind as now after lockdown property markets have droped down by almost 30-40% as more than 40% of the cities have been vacated.

A.If you have received advance amount then keep it with you for ever and get issue a notice cancelling such agreement and find out and another purchaser. Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.

A.Madam
Probably on account of Covid 19 and lock down(s), the buyer may have not responded.
All of us(including yourself and buyer) have been forced to suffer pain on account of this lock down.
In law, it is mandatory that you issue notice to buyer asking him to come forward to pay the balance of monies for purchase of house within a period of 30 days and failing which you may proceed with cancellation of agreement to sell.
