My grandfather had property one house. He had 4 sons and 1 daughter. My dad is the eldest son where while dividing the properties the one house went to last son and noone signed in the documents. My dad i.e eldest son have 2 daughters, does these daughters have right to fail a notice? That property rights is their to daughters? And the house in andhra state but daughters are in bangalore. Possible to send notice to their?
A.Nothing like that. Now your father is the absolute owner and it will be considered as his self acquired property and after his death the daughters are having share.

A.Daughters have no independent right in the property. The limitation in such cases is three years so any action on this day would also be time barred. Detail ls are misding. If required consult with details.
