Regarding ownership

My grandfather was working in a temple and for that they gave him agricultural land in place of salary. He did that work till his death and also my father till his death.
Now on form 1 and 14 there are two names of my grandfather and the temple and they are telling we wont give you the land if you are ready to that service.
So what should i do
