Uneven distribution of property of my grandfather between my father and his brother

A.The details given by you are not sufficient neither your question is clear. However remember that if the property is self acquired property of your grandfather the he has right to will it to anybody in any proportion. If there is uneven distribution of property in case of intrastate succession (without will), then your father may claim his share according to the law, by filing a case.
