I have joint property with my cousin. My cousin is not giving me my possession property. He is either buying whole property nor letting me to buy.im not able to sale my possession property to others. They have to orginal documents and we have scanned copy of it. They even disconnected electricity and water source of my possessed property Kindly give some suggestions

2. Issue a legal notice to buy your share with some timelines or give consent to sell your part of share.
3. Failing which you may get a court order to separate the property and sale

A.If property on joint name then don't warry file complaint against them immediately or file partition suit
