I developed a social media app and registered a Pvt Ltd company for my app .
I want to completely hold my app under my company as a product .
However till now
1) I have Already filed a literary copyright single application defining the app and it's features
2) I have already filed trademark applications in class 9, 35, 41 and 42
Both copyright and trademark are filed under my company
I talked to a lawyer and the sir said that copyright and trademarks are enough to hold your app as a product of your company but I still have a feeling that there must be something left to completely hold my app as the product of my company.
Please help
A.Presently it is enough. Never think too legally and technically Concentrate on marketing

A.This should be fine for unauthorized use on it's granting, plz check the compliance requirements as well
