Hello everyone
I am looking to open a kitchen for delivery and take out in gurgaon.
It is my property. It is a plot in which I have constructed ground floor.
Kindly guide me where can I get registration of this business in gurgaon.
A.You will need various permissions from the local municipal corporation, fire department, food and health department and other permissions for delivery of food.

A.The owner must have a license to start the restaurant before starting the restaurant. You will get this license and permit from the Department of Health Services. A.Ok here is the list of sanctions and approval that you will need;
1. Trade licence from the local municipality
2. Fire licence from the Fire department
3. Approval from food and health department for selling food
4. There might be some approval needed as per the local regulations which you should check out with the local lawyer.
