My mother is the only daugher of her mother but my grandfather has two wifes( where these two wife’s are own sisters the whole property belongs to their mother)my grand mother is second wife. Now the property in the name of my grand mother is distributed between my two uncles ( who are 1st wife’s children’s) but all the documents and every thing are with them only.(previously when my great grand mother was alive she gave some property to my mother . This is is the only proof we have)now with out my mothers consult and any signature they distributed my grand mother’s property.

You didn't mention whether your grandmother is alive or not. But, from the facts,it is indicated that she is no more.
If she has made a will in the name of your mother or you, no one can stop you from obtaining your property. But, if the property originally belongs from your grandfather, and if it is undivided and he has made a will already in the name if the other children nothing can be done.
And as a legal heir, you have the full right to claim your property. Without your grandmother's or your mother's consent , they are not supposed to rather, cannot divide the property or take away the property.
