My grandfather (fathers father) has 25 acre(around) land. He has 3 sons & 2 daughters. All are married & elder son 4 children and next two son each have 3 children and Daughter each have 1 son. My grandfather expired 18 years & grandmother expired 02 year back without any will. All the land documents are there in the name of my grandfather & grandmother. Initial first owner--> grant father & grandmother second generation--> 3 sons & 2 daughters Third generation--> 12 grant children
1. All the document stored by youngest son, not willing to divide the property.
2. If cane guide the procedure how send legal notice
3. All the grand children’s are elders and few of got married.

A.The property shall be divided into 5 equal share among the sons and daughters of your grandparents. Notice can be given by anyone of the second generation asking for the division of property. If notice is not responded positively the anyone from the second generation may file a partition suit.
