How to protect divorce
My husband living with me in jorhat and run away doing itching behaviour with my maid on 17th December 2017 and filled a divorce case in Delhi before two years and I became exparty now I came to known and I went to family court on 6th April 2018 and given pitition to set-aside the exparty ...the court gave the next date on 22nd may 2018...
I even gave a fir on 14th march 2018 against my in-laws and my husband and the police gave the sec 498(A), 420,313,511.
Now what should be done as my husband came to give statement on 15th may 2018 and went away....
I have two children of age 6years boy and 3and half years girl.....
I don't want to give divorce only because of my children future as I am a middle class family girl and a housewife...I lived and bought up in the society were divorce is a crime.....and because of this I sacrifise my 8years and beare all physical and mental toucher from them.....
I am in conditions of a begged with two children or suside with them.....
As my in-laws and there family is from upper middle class family.....they had used me and now throwing out as my parents can't pay there demands...
Now I and my children are emotional attach with my husband and his tourcher I neglected from 1years.....only for the sake of my children future.....
I known now that my husband got a influence of girl and want divorce and he even forced by his parents and brother to give me divorce....
And his parents and brother had planned from more than 5years to break my marriage...
They never allowed me to live with my husband happyly together and from last four years they send me to my parents house when they wish or send my husband for tour.
I known they financial toucher him to give divorce and marry other girl...
As my husband brother told me that today or tomorrow I will bound you to give divorce......
Can law bound to give.....if the victim doesn't want to give divorce ...
Or there is other alternative is there in law's to survive the married life....
Be sure that his divorce case will be dismissed as it must contain very strong grounds. Out of my experience I say that 80% cases filed by husbands for divorce will be dismissed. If you send full copies then I can tell you more.
