There is a 200 square yard plot & 25 people want to buy it, each of them decided to buy 8 square yard area of that plot, but it's a small area so they don't want it to get registered on their names, they want it to get registered in my firm's name because all of them are my customers & after getting it registered under my firm's name, i want to show in my firm's account that those 25 customers have their share in that plot & they have paid me money for it & whenever it'll be sold , they will get their share of profit & their money 1. Is it possible? 2. Is it possible for every type of business organisation including sole proprietorship? 3.list the business organisations for which it is possible ?

A.You have not mentioned which State, City, village etc. It is difficult to just say on estimate without actually seeing the documents of 200 square yard plot which is in which zone/type/N.A./Non- N.A. etc & who wants to buy so much land in this recession & are the previous taxes paid etc. Require the actual documents to study as is the property worth of so much & who are the current owners & are they the real owners of such a big land.
