I have given a flat to six girls on rent agreement and one has left and they are now started paying me less rent. The agreement was not for paying guest and it was giving flat on rental. Also now they are not vacating. Please advice what should I do?
A.1) If the rental agreement is registered then whose names were there in the agreement..
2) The person or the girl who has signed the agreement has she left. If she has left then your house is under the trespassing effect as the person who has signed your agreement is not available at the present position...
3) As they are not vacating the house you are hereby requested to send a legal notice immediately from a lawyer to them for vacating the same within a period of 1 months or as per the agreement schedule mentioned in the leave license agreement... Do go through the agreement and review it for further course of action
