My property is freehold , registered in MCD and i paid Registry fees to Govt. But my bank said that i am not eligible for subsidy. They said the property has not proper plan and layout. But as per scheme i am not found any rule regarding this. Please suggest me. Can i file PIL

A.Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Housing Subsidy Eligibility) is valid ONLY for NEW construction of house having a plan approved from the Municipal Corporation/ Gram Panchayat / Tahasildar Office with a proper Architect plan OR Purchase of a NEW FLAT & the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has to be filled at the time of applying for loan. Also you have to pay 12 EMI regularly to avail refund from Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
