Security deposit time to refund

Lease period is over ,when to give the security deposit to the tenant? After move out or after completing the lease term? What is the general procedure?

A.If you madede agreement between both person then you can file money recovery suit

A.security deposit to be given Immediately when he is vacating your premises. If possible do TRANSFER the security deposit to his / her savings account so that even you too have the proof that you have returned the security deposit to him on vacating of your premises.
