PMAY (pradhanmantri awas yojna ) subsidy rejected by financer

I had taken home loan from indiabulls in 2018.PMAY subsidy supposed to get within a few months but indiabulls has rejected my subsidy with different different reasons.earilier they told me you are elligible then after apply they said your property is not as per construction of law.even my other flat owners got the benefit on the same property.i am eligible under all the conditions of PMAY scheme .please help me out .
A.Immediately send legal notice to the bank by asking them why your property is not eligible, so has the Bank financed on illegal property. As per my knowlege you must NOT have filled the PMAY (pradhanmantri awas yojna ) subsidy form at time of applying for the loan. Also you must NOT have a female name in PMAY (pradhanmantri awas yojna ) subsidy loan, as if there is female name in applicant or Co-applicant such application CANNOT get rejected.

A.Dear client,
You have right to know through RTI the reason of rejection of loan sanction . Thereafter if you find unjustified reason , then you may file a complaint to the govt. Concerned PMAY new Delhi, Also you may file writ at High Court, with entire documents against bank.

You try to give a legal notice to the bank by asking them why your property is not eligible. After getting the reply you can proceed.
