Is it mandatory to create an online RTI account by valid name. Can we file RTI with name other than self. Are there any legal aspect involved?

A.If you are seeking any information relating to yourself then you will have to file it in your name. There is no provision of anonymous or different name. You filing an application in someone else's name is illegal and not permitted.
