Q. Riya pandey
Their is road between my and neighbor house. He leveled up the half road and now all water is coming to my boundary wall and lot lot of water getting stuck their for weeks . Actually in my neighbor house registry it is mentioned that he paid for road also but that doesn't mean he will level up half road and all the drainage will come to my wall . My wall is getting filled with water to few inches for weeks and no drainage is available. He did it intentionally. My whole wall is damaging .As there is no male member in my home to talk on daily basis to him. Kindly suggest what I can do

A.There is no right that he has in this situation.
You should first send him legal notice then file a civil claim. He will learn a lesson. You will get the full amount for repair and restriction of your right to enjoy property.

You must act quickly.

Regards.

A.Riya,
you can file a police complaint agaisnt him since no one can uplift the level of the road without any intimation to the concerned department, rather only the department can uplift the road,
you can also file a civil suit against him and can claim damages from him,
start with sending a legal notice
