He leveled up half road and all water is coming to my boundary wall as their is no outflow it's remaining their for weeks . We are only two women at home . Please suggest what we can do

A.Please file suit for permanent injunction as civil remedy, write a complaint to municipal corporation before that as it needs to be made a party as well in the suit. For immediate steps, file a criminal complaint of public nuisance in police station.
