Subvention Scheme

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Vikas Gupta and have booked a flat in Mumbai in May 2019 under the subvention scheme where the builder promised us to pay interest on a loan to us till possession. He was supposed to give us possession by December 2020 but now due to Covid-19, builder postponed possession till Dec 2021 and refused to pay loan interest post-Dec 2020. Can we do something about this?
