My father expired. We are three children. One brother and two sisters. After my father expired we 4 are the legal heirs. But my brother want to sign on the court paper that i do nt have any legal aspect on the property. but I want to know that after signing that document i have any right on that property or not.

A.If you sign without knowing the contents then you will lose your share.

A.Assuming what you said he may be taking no objection from you to be submitted to court for granting heirship certificate. Do not sign any paper now, do take expert advice from any lawyer before taking any steps.

A.All the 4 legal heirs have equal share in the property.You have to claim your share and demand for your share or partition property & Your equal share. It is better to consult a Property Lawyer from the panel of Vidhikarya to protect your share & interest quickly.
