Visitation Right
My spouse staying at her home in Lucknow from last 1.6 yrs along with my 3.3 yr daughter. After my endless try to contact her so that we can talk on this matter I filed RCR and Guardianship act cases in Lucknow Family court. Both cases admitted in from of Judge in mid July and the first date provided by court is last week of August. My lawyer said that it may take at least 3-4 dates before I can get interim visitation order from court which means at least 6-8 months. Is there any other way to speed up the process so that at least I can see my daughter? I understand that both cases will take time but my only ask for now is to get visitation rights asap.
A.If courts are working you get immediate orders.
