Sir due to heavy rain and wind tree in my property fell up on neighbours house and i chop of the tree from his property and now he is telling iwant to give all the money for his lose

A.heavy rains are apart of natural calamity & it is NOT deliberately done by you... So no need to worry ..there cannot be any legal action against you...Incase you want to give some consideration then it can be amicably...it is upto you..
