My wife refuses to join me in Mumbai, last time when I came to Mumbai along with my daughter (6yrs) she filed a Kidnapping complain in Hyderabad. This time around her brother and others snatched my daughter and took her. She just refuses to relocate to Mumbai. A plot was purchased and then contribution completed. Considering that she is from a Syed family I purchased the plot in her name. Now I'm left on the road without my daughter at my mothers place in Mumbai. I NEED MY DAUGHTER BACK. She is a careless person, refuses to look after the minors needs, etc. PLS HELP ME.....
A.My wife refuses to join me in Mumbai, -immediately send her a notice of RCR from a lawyer & if she does not come, file for Divorce..And relating to your daughter you can also so go at her home to get daughter back and bring at your home........ as she and her brother came to your home and snatched her the same thing you go and do....
