My uncle want our land to get divided because he is really in need of money and he wants to sell his part of the property.. But my other uncle is not allowing him to do so..
He is not letting my uncle to sell the land.. What should we do??

A.dear client kindly go to court for partition agaisnt your uncle who wants to sell.

A.File a suit for petition and then once the judgement is passed then go for sale of property after effecting division as per the court order.
Alternatively you can try to convince your uncle to go for partition as that will save time and effort.
