Correction in stamp paper

I am buying property in up.But there are some area measurement problem in stamp.how I can rectify area in stamp paper

If it is not registered then replace the stamp papers. if it is registered then get rectification deed and get it registered .

A.You will have to give notarised application with required duty for amendment, in registrar office .

require more clarity on your requirement, do you mean rectification in registered sale deed or only correction on simple stamp paper . If it is unregistered then you can replace that with fresh stamp paper with correct details.

A.You can apply for Rectification of the Deed and can change the boundaries of the Schesuled property
