Drink and drive challan

Sir/madam. I was caught in drink and drive 10 days before and police taken my RC and DL and told to pay 10000 fine through virtual court website. But if I put challan no or mobile no it is telling challan not exist. What I have to do and what is the time time limit for closing the challan pls tell the procedure of this case in chennai
