Hi respected lawyers, i am asking this question on behalf of my mother ,me and my mother staying sir my mother health was also not well so we deside to ask my mother share in my grandfather property but he was died total 5 legal heirs are there my mother is last daughter but her sisters have there own property so they are not ready to support us my mother's brother he said he never give the share to my mother so we cannot do anything we dont have any support to put the case on property because we dont have documnet only we have survey numbers and
we dont have much money to pay lawyers if we get the justice then definetly we sell that property and give lawyers fees ,please anyone help us please .we dont have any support to fight for share in my grandfather property to my mother please help us we are like orphans now nobody helping us ,thats y i came for lawyers help because they are the god for us to get justice please help us .

A.Hi,
If your grandfather died without making a will and has not transferred the property in name of your Uncle then you can claim your mothers share as per interstate succession, please file for suit of partition.

A.Hi,

A.Dear Client, documents of will will always speak before the Officers and your question is correct but documents with clear mentioning is essential and i advise to consult a property advocate near your Jurisdiction.

A.If the property is of your grandfather and before death he has not transferred his property in his son name than your mother can definitely get her share .if your mother's brother not giving her share than she can file a suit in court for partition of property and declaration of her share .
