Property Obstruction by Neighbors Property Obstruction by Neighbors

Hi,
My house and two other Neighbors share a common wall built by my father on our property. Without asking one painted some of the wall parts and the other one build a sink area on our wall. Both are very irritating people.

How can I approach this legally?
What are my benefits from this?

A.Dear Client
First check if any agreement drafted by the elders regarding the share of wall, if not make attempts to discuss with them and get the mutual understanding on a paper signed by you and neighbors, if your neighbors do not come to any understanding then issue them a legal notice then file a case for injunction in the court
