Daughters share in Fathers property Daughters share in Fathers property

My father constructed a house in 1975 in which our whole family - mother, myself, my younger brother and my younger brother stayed. My sister got married in 1986 and moved out. My father passed away in 2018 and by registered will has passed on the full rights to the property in equal share (50:50) to me and my younger brother (sons). However now my married sister is staking claim to 1/3rd of the property. Is her claim bonafide?

A.According to law your sister have no claim in your house. But you have to prove will in court. Go to your district court and file a case for succession certificate. When you got certificate from court you both means you and your brother are legal owner of that house .
