Child visiting rights Child visiting rights

I got divorced and everything was settled in 2018. I was given visiting rights for my daughter once a week. It's been 2.5 years my wife does not allow me to meet my daughter. I tried to contact her through call, sms, whatsapp, email and courier. She is not responding to anything. What should I do. I am afraid of going directly to meet my daughter she might create a nuisance.

A.Hi client,

You are too the natural Guardian of your child. The visitation right of a non custodian parents is for the welfare if the child. If your ex wife is not allowing you to meet your child, she is not agreeing with the terms if the court. She can be sued.
As a non custodian parents you can file-
An objection petition or a complaint petition before the ld. Court and the court shall look into the matter. But make sure that , you di not misuse your visitation rights and abide by the law.
Thanks

A.Dear Client'
As per your inputs you are not allowed to visit your child as per the court orders, file a petition in the court describing that your divorced wife is not obeying the court orders... she would be liable to the court actions
