Mental harassment compensation

On August 21st, I tried to purchase some furniture from a website and the website crashed. My credit card charged with RS.16000 but merchant said there is no payment received. I followed up many times with merchant to check there system as the credit card bank said the amount is received by the merchant. But merchant denied again and again. Then I contacted the payment interface billdesk. Billdesk given the reference number and confirmed the payment is received by the merchant. Now when I contacted merchant they agreed and confirmed that they have initiated the refund.
I have lot of mental trauma to go through in these time. What's the possibility of filing case and how much amount I can get against mental harrasment?

Application will be under section 35 of the consumer protection act 2019.
