6th Semester Marks card since non-Processed 2015

Myself tamanna here, i have one question here, actually after my academic exam year I skipped and wrote my 6th Sem in the year 2015 and later after that they did not process my marks card vdue to I did not write my exam with permission of Bangalore university , for that nor college has told me to take permission nor the university, but they have allowed me to write exam, if it was skipped case they would have rejected right and now since two years I have not got justice, and I have to look after my single parent with no earnings and none of the company accept without the final degree please support and help me

A.Dear Client,
As per your inputs you can claim the details from your college and university why your marks list is not yet issued through a legal notice, then file a petition in High Court asking the Court to direct the university to issue your pass memo.
