Ansestral property papers possesed by family member on trust and betryed
3 years ago
My Grandfather's father, had property in land. After his demise, the property papers were kept in possession, by my grand father's brothers. He didn't even had the photo copy of such property papers. Many properties have been sold, without his knowledge and others being sold now. He got to know, when he started to receive messages and call now. (May be on account of digitalization). Is there any way to identify, all the properties he is legal hier? How many have been sold? And possible recovery?
