Construction on undivided ancestral property

I have a undivided ancestral property wherein i along with my brother and two sisters name are there in land records. However my brother after taking a noc from panchayat without intimating us has started construction of anew house on the property.

A.Hi,
You may file a suit of injunction against your brother, or you can claim your share in the property as the property being an undivided property, all the members have equal rights.
