My father retired on 2001.He worked in various places within khammam district, telangana. In 1986 when he was working at kothagudem, khammam district... TNGOs coop housing society formed at khammam in 1986 and intention was to give plots to employees. Thing was society didnot inform to all employees and they alloted to near and closer employees. Hence my father could not enroll and didnot get plot from society due to lack of communication. Can we file case against housing society. If so where to file?

A.Hello,
Since the cause of action arose in 1986, it has exceeded the period of limitation under section 80 of CPC. But, nevertheless, you can still send them a legal notice if you have sufficient grounds for such delay.
