Share of the ancestral property Share of the ancestral property

my ancestral property owned by my late father is now shared between the legal heirs (we sons) and my mother
Out of the total property area ( 2.5 grounds land) me came out from them and registered myself for 0.5 ground and rest all till date co owned and rental (shops) enjoyed between my mother and 3 sons.

I want to know after my mothers period can i have right to claim of the rent and sale value of 1/5 share of my mothers one? Since the property is brought by our ancesrtals (not even my father buyed on his own) so can i claim 1/5th share after my mothers demise? pls clarify the rules and any things to be followed

A.Hello,
Since your share is co-owned by your mother and your brothers and now, after the expiry of your mother's period it would be divided equally among all the share holders

A.Hi,
As per the facts, since your share is co-owned by your mother and your brothers, but after the period of your mother as an owner expires, it would be divided equally among all the share holders.
