In a joint decree against the JD, the property was a constructed house. The joint holder / DH were five in number. The property was in the possession of tenant and decree of ejactment was passed against the tenant. In execution one of the co-sharer sold his share to the tenant. Now decide the pending execution application.

A.Hello,
The change in the arrangement should be communicated to the court, so that the remaining proceedings could be accomplished accordingly

Since there is a change in the arrangement of the share in dispute, it should instantly put forward before the court, so that further proceedings could be established
