Sir, we are 4 children and the property is on my mother name. She had given gift deed to elder brother ,elder sister ,another sister. I am younger. Due to my love Marrage they didn't give me any property. So my request to you is how can I get the property. My mother is still alive. Please give me your opinion.
A.Hi,
if the property of your mother is ancestral property, then you can file a suit, claiming your share in property.

A.Hi,
If the property is the self acquired property, then you cannot claim any share in that property.
However, if the property is ancestral property, then you can file a suit for claiming your share of property.
