I need a legal advice to take legal action against my neighbours I need a legal advice to take legal action against my neighbours

Dear Sir/Madam,
From last six years my neighbor is abusing me and my family using bad words and dumping cow waste mixing with human waste to my fences where hardly two meter to my bedroom. It causes lot of physical problem. Me and my six years old son are having nauseated disease like allergy and breathing trouble and having medicine for that. I have given complaint to my area Police station, my panchayath office and Health department against my neighbours regarding these issues. But they didn't take any action against them even we gave them some video proof. They have some political influenced peoples behind to support them. What can I do to take action against them legally? We need justice, I can't tolerate their intentionally disturbing attitude. Please help us.

A.Because you already approached the Police Station and the Panchayat office, make the complaints with earlier complaints copy to SP/Commissioner.
you can send them a legal notice and then file a case for nuisance against your neighbors.

Hope this clarifies,

A.First forward the Police Complaint to the Police Superintendent (SP) of your area. If no action is taken you may make a criminal complaint before Judicial Magistrate.

A.Hello. You can file a suit for injunction in the court. If this is of no avail, you can also file a writ of mandamus in the high court as you have a legal right to peaceful enjoyment of your premises.
