Property Dispute Property Dispute

My grandfather bought the property
First wife [Dead] had 1 son [Dead]
Second wife [Dead] had 2 sons [Alive]
Now the 1st wife son's 2 sons are claiming that there should be only 2 partitions of the property as grandfather had 2 wife's and not on the sons in total
Grandfather, wives and 1st wife son all are dead and on property card there are 3 names [Sons of 1st and 2nd wife]

A.Hi,
If the property is ancestral property, then-
As per the facts stated by you, the property will be distributed in 3 parts between legal heirs of son of 1st wife, elder son of 2nd wife and younger son of 2nd wife.

Because In case of Deceased Son:
Wife and children of the deceased son will take his place, and will have the same right as that of him.
