On Dec 2019 order has been passed in favour of me. The counsel has 4 empty bond which has my signature. The reason he said 2 papers for filing petition 2 for getting compensation amount.
Now he demands 30% of the amount as his fees. Due to his negligence I lost 30% of the amount in interest part (Default period 6 months and delay in filing 2 years)

Now advocate demands 2 blank Cheque which I don’t want to give. I sent notice to contest & collect the fees. Advocate denied & sent reply notice stating all false information he says I agreed & signed in agreement where his fees is Rs 5.5K per hearing almost 138 hearings (actual is 44) is due I have to clear his fees in 2 days else he will file criminal case against me.

I took all the papers & voice call recordings and filed petition against him in state bar council.

I filed payment out petition in person but the judge returned & asks citation and ruling and how this petition maintainable?

discussed with near by advocates every one says to compromise with advocate and reduce the percentage and close. but he had created dispute in my family and we dont want for forgive him.
