Charges against me, my mother ,sis and brother.
Only one witnessed appeared in the court as father of deceased now they want settle the case then what is the process for this as they don't want complain.
A.Dear Sir,
Either it has to be challenged before High Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and get it quashed with the consent of complainant or get all the witnesses including complainant turn hostile.

A.You must be having your lawyer u can ask him. Anyway, there is provision under section 320 crpc and confirmation will be done by concerned Hon'ble High Court.under section 482 u will have to file but before that 320 crpc application in lower court trial Court

A.402 on sister and mother !
IPC 306, 402 are serious offences and not compoundable.
But Court has power to accept the compromise under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
