Hi there, I married in 2 May 2015 year. I born in village and I m only 1 boy of my parents. Now I m working a private hospital in very low salary 12000. My wife live with me 1year. Sudden her exam held near my village. But she don't want live with my parents. From the day one of my marriage my wife used to fight with me as we have very less understanding between us. Gradually my wife have started doubting & blaming on me about my affairs. My parents and our reputation in society. Before 1 month my wife went to her parent's home for holidays; 1day my father in law call for discussion about this matter. Me my father and my maternal uncle all met him in his house. He strictly told that this relation can not continuos anyway. I m recording all discussion in my cell phone. Than i have decided to not to bring her back into my life as we are never going to live a happy life together. So from last 1 month she is living at her parents home. During this time she has sent different calls to my relatives complain him against me and my whole family with fake thoughts. she will also not give divorce to me ever at any condition and she will not let me go ahead in my life. Now i want to move ahead in my life so, How can I get DIVORCE from my wife?? (NOTE: We haven't registered our marriage to any office or we don't have any marriage certificate or documents )

Important :

1. She is only 17 years at the time of marriage.(bal vivah)
2. Recording her father voice he told that not continue this relationship.

Please help me through this. Thanks.

A.If you want to get rid of your married life, stop planning such ridiculous plans, (Bal Vivah, call recording etc.)
my suggestion to you is to try to settle the matter if possible and enjoy married life, and in any adverse situation try to make her ready for mutual consent divorce,
from the above query of yours, it seems you are at FAULT.

1. She is only 17 years at the time of marriage.(bal vivah)
2. Recording her father voice he told that not continue this relationship.
both above statements are contradictory, and having no marriage registration certificate doesn't disapprove any marriage.

NOTHING IS PERSONAL HERE

for further clarifications/ information you can call/meet me.
