DV act DV act

I have been subjected to domestic violence, and i filed a dv act case in my home town. Since i moved to another city i appled for transfer of my dv . At that time due to the impact of covid 19 the high-court case is lagging. It has been more than a year. I am jobless and i have 2 minor daughters. At this situation what can i do to get maintenance from my husband. I also moved back to my hometown where i gave the petition for the first time. Now filing another petetion in high court (my TP is already there) is impossible for me, as i cannot afford any more HC lawyers. Please help.

A.This is common problem faced by many women.
DV is usually weak case. not filed any other case ?
You can only apply for interim maintenance and take help of free legal aid.

Hope this clarifies,
