Mail Fraud

I received legal sms

Today I received legal action by sms. Date 23-11-2020."Contempt of arbitration is resembling to disrespecting and dishonoring orders of ministry of law and justice. Now We,As an arbitrary have initiate to take legal action against you by sending the legal notice via Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due (RPAD).Soft copy email notice has been sent on your email ID.Please Consider this notice and settle out the mediation .7066737433". This is i received message. This is fake or not.

so you were involved in data entry job.
you not paid the amount so they sent this SMS.

This was same way some years ago telecom companies fake lawyers from delhi used to call to pay remaining dues by scaring legal case.

check your email.
which arbitration order passed against you.
if it is not fake then you will have notice in email and by post.
If not then its fake.
