Its about a case u/s 366/34 IPC, 376IPC of 2012 summon has been sent from time to time for appearnce to court to petition side. We the petition side wants up to finish the case completely.so what should we do

A.Hello,
Facts are not clear, since you yourself are petitioner even after receiving the summon you are not approaching the court. However, you should file a withdrawal petition.

A.Hi,
More information is required since facts are not clear, you yourself are petitioner even after receiving the summon you are not approaching the court. However, if you want to withdraw, a withdrawal application could be filed.

A.you are petition side then who is not appearing from your witness list.
the lawyer can request the judge to strike off the witness after sufficient opportunity and time was given.
