Registration of will without proper proof by sub-registrar

One fraduster got the will of my brother registered by stating that he is his foster son. The sub-registrar registered the will without asking for the required proofs to register the will. My brother had no children and died in 2014. When we observed the signature and thumb impression never matched. When sub-registrar was questioned whether he has any documents to support the foster son claim, he is silent. What should we do next. Please suggest a legal option.
