Landlord Casual Approach

I as a tenant used to pay rent on cash and used to receive rent receipt immediately.Sir,for the last few months when I used to pay rent on time my landlord is not receiving the rent on lame excuses such as he is not available now,he is on market on,he will call me but he don't call. What steps should I take to pay my rent ?What to say to my landlord?

A.Hello,
Nothing much could be done, however what is the mode on which you communicate with him? It's better to collect certain evidences which may assist you.

A.Hi,
You should communicate with him, moreover which might turn into evidences, though nothing much could be done at this point since he being the landlord is casual towards his rent.

A.it is shop or house.
if he does not want to get rent then wait.
for safety, drop sms/whatsapp/email offering rent if you want to continue to live there.
currently rent prices dropped after corona.
