Hello Sir
I have given advance 1.5 lakh rs for shop purchase which buying rate 5 lakh. Now shop owner said I dont want to sell my shop in this rate. I said i m not able to buy in new rate. So plz give me back my advance. He never gives me my advance. I was transfer advance 1.5 lakh rs to his bank account from my bank account. I have all transactions details. Can i make a case against him. Can i send to him legal notice by advocate. Plz suggest. What can i do?

A.send legal notice and file money recovery suit.
